350PDX Climate Justice Pledge

“The 350PDX climate justice platform presents a vision I share for Portland and Multnomah County. While many of the climate-related policies included will be set by the Portland City Council, I am excited to enact similar and parallel policies at the county level.

I am running for Multnomah County Commissioner in District 2 to build the systems of collaborative government across city, county, and state that it’s going to take to tackle the problems of our lifetimes - including climate justice. We must end our dependence on fossil fuels, expand clean energy and healthy ecosystems, and ensure these transitions are equitable.”
